Despite a late start, Autumn has well and truly arrived, and with it not only do we have darker evenings and crisper nights, but also an array of rich, flavoursome delicacies that are as definitive of the season as burnished leaves and misty mornings.

Truffles, primarily found by specially trained truffle pigs in the Piedmont region, are a rare luxury. Often referred to as 'white diamonds', they can be used in a number of different ways, from indulgent pasta dishes to creative desserts and eye-catching cocktails.
